We provide a wide variety of color sorting equipment, including rice color sorters, tea color sorters, bean color sorters, salt color sorters, coffee bean color sorters, and more. Products
We color sorting machines are used for sorting rice, tea, beans, salt, coffee, and other food products. The quality of these food products can be greatly improved by removing such contaminants as particles which are slightly mottled, yellow, have insect damage, or are spotted. We also produce plastic granule color sorters which can be used for a variety of applications.
Our color sorters use imported 2048 pixel CCDs, which can detect particles to a 0.04mm2 size, thus assuring excellent sorting accuracy. In addition, the use of European high frequency ejector valves, coupled with our efficient control algorithm, results in accurate rejection and less product loss. We also employ Japanese, user-friendly color touch screens to ensure clear visual effects and easy operation.
