The prices normally follows the UP table from Mofcon and ABPA, with some mark-up’s depending the time and commodity market.

To secure both sides, we use a financial operator. This means buyers pays with DLC and factory receives upfront.
The is a 60-90 financial cycle and costs + PB. The payment procedures is as follows:

- Buyer issue daft of DCL
- Financial operator check’s within’ factory and buyer history
- Financial operator confirm operation and sends SPA (sales and purchase agreement)
- Buyer signs SPA and issue DLC
- Financial operator pays Factory upfront
- Factory produce and ship (MBL and other shipment documents)
- Factory monetize DLC
